In his long career, he has implemented a number of successful gold, silver and copper acquisition programs for junior and mid-tier mining companies worldwide, and identified, negotiated and acquired resources for his clients at significant discounts to net asset values. At Cyprus Minerals, he was responsible for Strategic Planning for the copper and gold divisions. He also worked as a Senior Analyst with Metals Economics Group, and as a Senior Mineral Economist with Pincock, Allen & Holt. |

| | | Mr. Vermeulen is currently a senior advisor to Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Ltd, and a member of its advisory board for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, as well as a non-executive director of the Bank of London & the Middle East, where he chairs the audit committee and is also a member of the risk and nomination committees, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of LeasePlan Corporation N.V. (Netherlands), a multi-national car leasing and fleet management company and bank which is 50% owned by Volkswagen, 25% by the Olayan Group and 25% by Mubadala Development Co. (an investment arm of the Abu Dhabi government), and an advisor to Olayan Financing Company, an international manufacturing and investment company. Mr. Vermeulen's experience includes approximately 15 years (most recently as CFO) with Olayan Financing Company, one of the largest privately-owned Saudi business groups, a 20+ year banking career (mostly with ABN AMBRO in North America, Europe and the Middle East), and senior positions in the area of corporate banking, capital markets, structured finance, private banking and security brokerage. |

Currently Mr. Gilmore serves as a Director and Audit Committee chairman for Eldorado Gold Corporation (AMEX : EGO), a company with operating mines in Brazil, China and Turkey; as a Director and Audit Committee chairman for Fronterra Copper Corp (TSX : FCC), which produces approximately 70 million pounds of copper cathode annually from the Piedras Verdes SX/EW copper mine in Sonora, Mexico, and as a Director and Audit Committee chairman for Global Med Technologies. Previously Mr. Gilmore served as Treasurer of Barringer Resources, CFO of U.S. Gold Corporation, CFO of Dakota Mining Corporation and, a Director of several other publicly-traded, operating mining companies in the United States and Canada. Mr. Gilmore is a Certified Public Accountant, a former employee of Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLC), and a Member of the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of CPAs. He previously served in management positions with Newmont Mining, Climax Molybdenum (AMAX) and Freeport McMoRan Minerals, specializing in precious metals exploration programs and mine geology. During the course of a long and distinguished career, he has discovered several precious and base metal deposits that have been profitably mined, as well as ten other significant mineral deposits in the feasibility or development stages. |
