Over the past twelve years, Mr. Warnaars' companies have acquired, explored, developed, joint ventured or sold 15 gold, silver and copper properties in Mexico and Central America to junior, mid-tier and major mining companies. He gained his corporate experience as an employee with Cyprus Minerals, Exxon Minerals, Kennecott Copper and Behre Dolbear. His distinguished career includes discovery of five porphyry copper-molybdenum deposits in North America and several base and precious metal deposits in Australia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Hispaniola and Latin America.
